Job Summary: Perform advanced administrative assistance and secretarial support duties. Develop and administer specific tracking processes and procedures, and coordinate all department clerical activities. Relies on experience and judgment to prioritize, plan, schedule and accomplish workload and goals; familiar with a wide variety of functions and operations of an administrator. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s character qualities.
Essential Functions:
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and/or 5 years of experience in related field, required.
Required Skills and Knowledge: Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions; analyze problems and develop creative solutions, produce written documents using proper construction, punctuation and grammar. Work experience to include property management administration, typing 50 wpm, calculator by touch, basic math and bookkeeping procedures and advanced skills in Excel Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications: None.
Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions: Incumbent will have frequent interaction with the Bank’s division and department personnel; external customers, vendors and contractors. Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the outdoor elements. Some travel may be required.
